Star Reduction in Gimp(like Photoshop)
Requesting help to perform the similar steps in GIMP enlisted for Star Reduction
in Photoshop.

- Choose Select > Colour Range
- Adjust the “Fuzziness” slider
- Select > Modify > Feather. Set the feather radius to 1 pixel.
- Filter > Other > Minimum. Set the pixel radius to 0.4 and ensure that
