Just for the sake of curiosity, these errors ....

make pdf *** Building PDF files ***

should I be worried?

No - not really. Although they gave a weird result.

The transformation is able to position numbers on the page (which is currently rendered on the image). The calspair needs coordinates for the image to position those numbers. Those need to be fixed.
