Download the User Guide
I'm new to GIMP and I would like to download the User Guide and or HELP Services into my GIMP software. Can someone help me out here?

At the moment there are no Gimp 2.10 installable help files, only those for Gimp 2.8 and even then depends on your OS. For linux you might be able to force a package.

and for OSX - who knows?

It works https://i.imgur.com/MsrEQEw.jpg but remember there are differences between 2.10 and 2.8, so where necessary "read-between-the-lines" or use the on-line version.
My preference, none of those. There is an excellent English (or Italian) Gimp 2.10 PDF here: http://gimp.linux.it/www/meta/ Same as the online version, 900 something pages and searchable.
