Sorry about the to copies - I forgor to hit 'reply-all'...

Go to Image -> Mode and select RGB. My guess is that you're working in grayscale.

It should (I think) say 'grayscale' or 'RGB' in the title bar of your image window.

Let us know if that's it...

Question

Well, I didn't have any idea about it so I can't tell you anything about it. My professor gave me so much essay work to do and I need online help for it. while reading about it on https://www.uk-dissertation.com/. I am glad that I found your post. Thanks for sharing this post.
