Plasma2 Plugin
I just downloaded Gimp, and was taking the first tutorials, which specified using the Plasma2 plugin. Well, plasma2 doesn't appear in my list of plugins so I found the Gimp Plugin Registry site: "https://docs.gimp.org/2.6/en/bibliography.html#bibliography-online-gimp-plugin-plasma2"
There was a link for the plasma2 plugin, but it open a 404 error page. Is this plugin still available, or is there another that I can substitute to complete this tutorial: "https://www.gimp.org/tutorials/Floating_Logo/"
