Need Assistance with Removing a Scanning Artifact
I need assistance with removing a scanning artifact from a picture. I've tried using the technique listed at https://filmadvance.com/2011/10/how-to-eliminate-banding-from-your-scans/ with no luck. It has worked on other photos but not this one. The artifact is a vertical band yellowish band on the left side of the picture. I would appreciate any advice on dealing with this.
