Installing on Mac

I have the dmg downloaded and it will run and open but not install on my MacBook Air, High Sierra. Any suggestions?

Installing on Mac

Are you getting a message that says the software is from an unrecognized developer?

Yes, then I go to my security settings and say ok and it will open but not install. So I have to run the dmg everytime.

When you decompress the dmg file, what do you get, the program itself, a package, or an installer? It should just be the program. Drag it into your applications folder, then launch it from there. If the system won’t let you, there’s a work around. Let me know.
