How to turn on the Daylight theme, like as seen in the manual

https://docs.gimp.org/2.8/en/images/using/multi-window.png shows all the background like Gimp has been for years, in grey. Now in Debian it is NightTime Theme. How can I restore Daytime theme? Thanks.

Edit > Preferences > Interface > Theme / Icon Theme
