Warp Tool is not active help!
I must be doing something wrong but went I click on the warp tool I get the painter circle but it indicates not active. What must I do that I am missing? Thanks!

Whoops! I needed to choose a stroke option. Hopes this helps others as stuck as I. Am grateful for this forum.
