Technical problem on GIMP

Hello,

First of all, I am French and I speak English approximately. I apologize in advance. When I want to do Something on GIMP, a page opens : "Action GEGL". Therefore, I can not do anything ... How could I disable this feature ? For information, I already uninstall the application and reinstalled but it always does ...
