libstdc++-6.dll not found	Nem0	05 Jun 20:35

After installation of 2.8.22 version I have 3x alert window that libstdc++-6.dll not found. - web-page.exe
- help-browser.exe
- file-pdf-load.exe

This file is in c:\Program Files\GIMP 2\bin\ directory (previous instalation) What is wrong?

Production: 2.10.18
