could somebelly point me towards a way to make a logo change colors???
say go from gold to blue over and over... :-) ^2

I know that you can also have a global palette and a local palette for each frame, a few applications support this. I don't know if gimp can do that.

GIMP doesn't support writing individual palettes per frame. It will always use a global palette only.
