Changing size of Tool Options box

My tool options area is tiny; I have to scroll through it and it's horrible. I haven't been able to figure out how to change it. Help?

There is a ruler between your tool options and the canvas. Drag it to the right, and you'll get more space.

Thanks for your reply... Actually, when you click the ruler and drag, nothing moves. BUT, if you click the little margin to the left of the ruler and drag, VOILA! relief.
