Ever since I installed it:
My Corel Painter saves .jpgs as .jpeg

If you have installed my version, you drag the app to the trash and you are done.

Correct me if I'm wrong (and yes, this is somewhat OT, but I was just wondering...) isn't .jpg and .jpeg the same basic file type? what's the difference?

I haven't used OS X since 10.2 or 10.3, but this is highly doubtful.
