Problems Docking

Problems Docking
I am a relatively new user and I have undocked the tool options dialogue from the toolbox. I can't seem to re-dock it. I've tried dragging it over the area that says "You can drop dockable dialogues here" and nothing happens. I've uninstalled and reinstalled Gimp and still it is undocked and attempting to dock it fails. I undocked the brushes tab from the right side window (Layers - Paterns) and now am unable to dock it is well. Some guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Windows 8 Pro 64 bit Gimp 2.8.2

Nevermind Figured it out. I have to drag the tab in the window, not the window title bar.
