instead of the apple-key use the ctrl-key.

The only problem is that none of the keys are working. They're all disabled.

so you can't even use the text-tool? what happens when you try typing text in GIMP?

which GIMP version? where did you get the GIMP.dmg? maybe you try to reinstall it which that version provided by:

http://gimp.lisanet.de/Website/Download.html

which Mac version?

keyboard shortcuts not working on Mac

Yeah...not even the text tool works. Really frustrating. Doesn't work in Inkscape either.

Tried reinstalling & everything.

Just want to know if there's a way to just enable all of the keyboard shortcuts. Cause when I look in the preferences in Gimp it says they're all disabled.

Say one post somewhere that says the developer says why that happens but can't find where that is....
