How can I add custom buttons to the toolbox? (1.3.x)

Hi all!

How can I add new buttons to the toolbox?

I would really like to have e.g. the 'Curves' tool on a button in the GIMP's toolbox.

I remember there used to be a file somewhere around, was it?

Drag-amd-drop only changes only the active tool (which seems not logical to me, but anyway...).

You cannot do this. At least not without changing the code. We will certainly make the toolbox configurable at some point but most likely not for 2.0.
