rsync access, please

Hi there,

I have a problem with my proxy I'm using to rsync gimp ftp (my mirror is ftp.sai.msu.su) and I decided to rsync directly from my site (195.208.220.197). Please, open rsync access to this IP. I've already sent message to Yosh, but got no reply yet.
