bug in GIMP 2.10.2?

bug in GIMP 2.10.2?

Hello
when I try to put a layer with a fading color above a picture, there is no issue. But when I want to make a record on my computer, only the picture is present, the new layer is not recorded. This issue didn't appear in the precedent version of GIMP. What can I do?

Are you exporting the image, or trying to save?

If you want a jpg or png file, you'll need to export it.
