How to modify the x,y pixel index..?

Hello..
I would like to have the (x,y) indices at the bottom-left corner display modified (and possibly labeled) to reflect physical values (a,b) relative to the initial (0,0) coordinate.. Could you please direct me in the right direction..! Thanks..

Just on the right of the coordinates, the menu tells you what units you are using. You have a large choice. ----
