Fade has a blocking dialog

I'm not sure whether this is a bug or a feature: although most GIMP dialogs are not-blocking ones (i.e. you can leave the dialog open and do something else), the Image: Edit -> Fade dialog is blocking. It happens in the current git version, but maybe also in the stable version.

That's intentional. Due to the way that Edit->Fade is implemented, the user must not do anything else while this dialog is opened.

I suspected so, but it was just to be sure.
