po/*/menus/filters.po

Hi,

I have added a new directory, src/menus/filters, and populated it with menus/filter-*.xml and menus/xtns-script-fu.xml.

'make' will create the missing po file "po/LANG/menus/filters.po" and should automatically extract the relevant translations from "po/LANG/menus.po".

But this may fail if you edit po/LANG/menus.po before you create po/LANG/menus/filters.po. So the next time you work on the gimp-help files, first create the missing file with make [-f Makefile.GNU] po/LANG/menus/filters.po ('make po-LANG' should also work).
