Setting up a sandbox on Windows/Cygwin

Hi,

because people run into problems recently, I came up with the idea of documenting on how you can setup a working sandbox under MS Windows with cygwin. I put it on our Wiki under:

http://wiki.gimp.org/gimp/GimpDocsWindowsSandbox

Test it and tell me if it works for you (could happen that I forgot something). The setup works for me without problems :)

but I think we need the GimpDocsWindowsSandbox wiki page link under "Sandbox Setup" category on the page, http://docs.gimp.org/help.html

I'm using cygwin for gimp-help compiling. so thank you again for you kindly help.
