Auto Level menu in Layer -> color

Hi, folks.

In Gimp 2.2.14, Auto Level menu in "Layer -> color" doesnot exist. Instead of it, "White balance" menu is in there.

does anyone explain the difference between them? and should we remove the part of Auto Level in Gimp-help-2?
