Tutorial

Is there any guide or tutorial in step by step on how to translate the GIMP manual into another language / writing on the GIMP Manual? (using Windows XP) I'm kinda stupid so I don't now how to start.

Hi. welcome.
I'm Dust, the korean writer, and I use windows XP.

If you want to translate Gimp-Help-2, please see this page. http://wiki.gimp.org/gimp/TipsForContributing

and after translate some pages, debug and make patch file, and send your patch file to this mailing. then someone who have permission, apply your works.

and if you're using on Windows XP, these may help you.
http://docs.gimp.org/Layout/sandboxWindows.swf (buy we move from cvs to svn, so you have to install "subversion" on cygwin)

and don't skip this step. insert the line on /cygwin/etc/xml/catalog you can find more on
