gimp problem

gimp problem

i have installed gimp 2.2.13 on windows xp and when i start program i have the messages that my installation is incomplete. "the opening of file program
files\gimp\gimp-2.0\share\gimp\2.0\menus\toolbox-menu.xml as failed" and idem for "...\menus\image-menu.xml". why ?

I don't know but I'd go for 2.3 in order to help developers testing the beta. It's fairly stable enough.
