OT epson 2450 scanner on linux??

anyone solved the problem of the Epson perfection 2450 using USB with SuSe 10 ?? I sees the scanner but won't config.

Have you tried the scanner driver from: http://www.avasys.jp/english/linux_e/dl_scan.html

Then use iscan.

In short - no.
Though - it works, when in USB1.1 mode. I am running it perfectly connected via a Firewire cable.
