GIMP Fatal Error

Please help:

I suddenly got the fatal error :unhandled exception after using the latest gimp 2.10.4 with plugins. No issues until right now. Uninstalled, with clean install of latest 2.10.6, same issue. Windows 10

Does anyone know what to do?
