Fuzzy Select

Fuzzy Select

Hi there,

I get this issue with fuzzy select, and actually with any selection tool:

As soon as the section is make the image is blacked out or inversed to mono black and white.

Gimp did not display this behaviour initially and it seemingly started without reason. I have re-installed it but that didn't fix anything.

Any clues to fix this issue would be welcome!
