How to Dock a Dialogue

Shortly after I downloaded GIMP, I accidentally undocked the tool settings dialogue from the left panel. I have tried and tried to dock it again, but can't seem to get it to work.

I'm getting tired of having the dialogue get hidden behind the tools menu, because it's the one I use most. Can someone please tell me how to dock it again?
