Foreground select tool error

Hello gimp developer!

I hope that this is the correct mailing list for this issue I run the Gimp 2.3.18 on a Fedora 7 computer.

If i try to use the Foreground select tool, it works fins in 100% zoom, but if I have zoomed out (e.g. 25%), the blue mask will show up as if it was at 100%, thus totally misaligned as well as in the wrong size.

I searched bugzilla without results, is it only me who is seeing this ?

Yes, this is indeed a bug, thanks for reporting this.

I have opened up a bug report: http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=448417

You might want to add yourself to the CC list. I will look into this as soon as I have time.
