bad displaying of an image

Hello

Latest 2.9 builds introduced a bag - an image is displayed with equidistant horizontal lines. The lines are only previewed, the image itself does not have them before or after editing. Their position and number depend on scaling. Both linux and windows builds are effected.

With respect, Alexander Rabtchevicg

This regression should be fixed now.

I don't think the regression that causes the problem was caused by GEGL code. I think it's probably in GIMP. Anyway, with babl/GEGL/GIMP updated today, I still sometimes see horizontal lines. The problem seems to have been introduced some time after October 9th.

The lines aren't there at 12.5, 25, 50, and 100% zoom. But they appear (not in all images and not all the time even in the same image) at 18.5, 33, and 67% zoom. The dimensions of one image in which they appear are 2594 3898 pixels, if that makes any difference. Maybe a tiling issue?
