Problem with Transform

Hi,

I'd like to create the usual "open door" effect on an image of an application, (such as to give it depth), where I use the transform tool (change perspective tool), and pull down the top left corner, and move up the bottom left corner.

The problem is that gimp doesn't render the tranformation smoothly, i.e. there are jagged lines visible within the image, and along border.

Is there a way to make the transformation (more) smooth.

Thanks
Rael

Tried playing with the Interpolation settings in the Transform tool options?
