Presets

I want to change some of the presets for Gimp 2.3.7. I did this once before but I don't remember which files store the information. The presets I am particularly intersted in changing are the ones for the units on the image window rulers and some things on the PostScript file save menu.

Can anyone point me to the right source code modules?

At least the image window rulers should be configurable via gimprc. No need to tweak any source files.
