Is there a way to design a web page like in adobe photoshop and then use the Gimp to generate the html for the web page?

Dear gimp-user,

I want to put arrow mark in a figure. I didn't find the option in gimp 1.2 version to put an arrow mark using gimp. I am new user of gimp.

Your suggesstion will be highly appreciated.
