New plugin background_to_alpha, remove bg using 2 colors 3D color space distances.

Hi all,

I wrote a python-fu color_to_alpha plugin for gimp using distances in 3D color space between two colors to calculate transparency of each pixel.

Super slow but much better than any other approach.
