command line print with gimp

Hello,

gimp does a great job of sizing up my jpg's and simply printing, automatically fitting my available postscript printer page. I'd like to print a large number of files.

Can anyone direct me to a method for command line printing with gimp, or propose a way to print a large number of .jpg files with a single command?
