Stuck?

My gimp is stuck on what looks like the cut tool.. But it's moving the whole image and I can't get it unstuck my work hasn't been saved either, any ways to get it unstuck?

It sounds like your ALT key is stuck down ..that would have that effect. Try hitting the ALT key a few times and then also the ALT GR key (on right side of the spacebar).
