a good introductory book to gimp

Hi,

I'm very new Gimp and image editing in general.

Are there any books you'd recommend on either, but preferably both?

For beginners I can personally recommend "The Book of GIMP", "GIMP for Absolute Beginners", and "Beginning GIMP: From Novice to Professional, Second Edition".
