SoC: deadline for student projects is Aug 21

Hi,

this year's Summer of Code is approaching the final deadlines:

- at Aug 21 15:00 UTC (08:00 PDT), student projects are due http://code.google.com/soc/mentorfaq.html#timeline

Starting on Aug 22, the final surveys commence:

- mentors will be asked to evaluate the students and their work - students will be asked to evaluate the mentors and their support

These surveys are due on Sep 5.

There's currently some discussion (e.g. in the #summer-discuss channel on Slashnet) about how to handle changes during this period. I'm pretty sure Google will provide more details about this soon.

For now, please assume that the evaluation covers work done until Aug 21.
