Open Source Request- Sorry for our mistake

Dear Sir or Madam,

some days ago, you recieved a mail questionnaire in connexion with a actual Open Souce Study.
Because of an internal mistake in our email sytem, there was a failure at the reply-address.
We hope you can excuse this. Now the error is fixed and we would like to ask you again for an answer.
