Gimp's Palletes' dialog drop-down list

Hi,

The Palletes' drop-down list seems to be lacking the filter function. I was expecting it to work like the brushes filter.

As already replied on IRC, GIMP doesn't ship tags for palettes by default, which is why you get nothing in the filter drop-down list.

Once you select and tag some palettes, the filter drop-down list starts displaying tags that you added.

Perhaps it would make sense rendering non-selectable text like "No tags available" in that list for cases like this one.
