User Manual traduction to Spanish

Hello, I love GIMP but there seems to be no user manual in spanish, my native language. So I'd like to help, I know I can (I've already traduced a lot of stuff succesfully in wikipedia). Could you please send me a source of the manual or give a particular section if there's already someone working in the traduction?

of course we wan't to encourage you to support the GIMP docs team by translating the help files to spanish. Opposite to what you wrote, there are some chapters translated to es already. Feel free to have a look to http://docs.gimp.org/es/ . To get started with your work, I'd suggest you have another look, to the gimp wiki this time.
