Today GIMP 2.4.3 for Windows has been released on sourceforge. We’ve updated our downloads section.

Gimp 2.4.3 is a stable release that includes lots of bugfixes. Please see the other news for a detailed list of bugfixes!

Ok, there was problem with installer till 12:05. So the workaround is to reinstall gimp with actuall installer ;)

The proceedure entry point libintl_snprintf could not be located in the dynamic link library intl.dll.

Is there workaround to run gimp?
