how to

This discussion is connected to the gimp-user-list.gnome.org mailing list which is provided by the GIMP developers and not related to gimpusers.com.

This is a read-only list on gimpusers.com so this discussion thread is read-only, too.

how to

I believe, on Windows, drag-and-drop works

Yep, I use it all the time.

Also, it seems there is a port of gimp-remote for Windows. Check it out at http://sourceforge.net/projects/gimp-win-remote/.

how to

i'm on debian k6.

In that case you probably have gimp-remote already, I think it is a standard part of the GIMP install under Linux. If not just google for it and you should find it.

Cheers.
