GIMP 2.99 window size

GIMP 2.99 window size

With 2.99 i've had the issue with GIMPs window size since one of my laptops being at 1366x768 resolution it refuses to maximize or resize to fit within that display size. I just spent several hours to see where it could be hard coded but came up empty. Any clues, or which file handles the init window size?

GIMP 2.99 window size

There was a minimum size until yesterday which I fixed, now it should require the size needed by docks.
