If you are referring to an app you bought on the iOS app store - or rather rented, in this case - then there's nothing we can do, unfortunately.

Someone just thought that it would be a great scheme to make money by stealing the GIMP name and Wilber logo and slapping it onto their own application.

We did complain about that, of course, but Apple is playing their usual "if it doesn't cost us money or endangers our won brands, we're not going to act" game.

So you should complain to Apple and use whatever refund methods they offer in cases of fraud. This may get them to act, because it might make them lose money.

If you are paying, someone is ripping you off. this list is free.

You always have access to your subscription listed in the msg trailer on every post.

I would immediately stop payment via whatever method you are paying.

Since Corina was effectively tricked into thinking this is the real GIMP, leaving a negative review in the app store would be another option.

If the monies still get taken from your acc talk to your bank etc about how to change the acc no. (i had to to once, change the acc number) most banks are happy to help.

neg reviews posted on other public forums will soon have them taking notice that you are "not happy"
