Procedure entry point Startup errors

I get these error messages upon startup. I have to enter a mouse click to OK , in order to get the main screen to open.

here they are:

The procedure entry point pthread_setname_np could not be located in the dynamic Link Library. c:\ProgramFiles\GIMP2\bin\libglib_2.0-0.dll.

The procedure entry point _ZNKSt7_cxx1112-basic-stringlecSt11 could not be located in the dynamic Link library c:\ProgramFiles\GIMP2\bin\libgexiv2-2.dll.

The procedure entry point _ZNKSt7_cxx1112-basic-stringbuflcSt11 char_traitstc ESale EE3strEv could not be located in the dynamic Link library c:\ProgramFiles\GIMP2\bin\libgexiv2-2.dll.
