UK English User Manual Not Installing.

UK English User Manual Not Installing.

The English(UK) User Manual will not install, however the English (probably US) Manual will so I am using that at the moment.

I'm trying to install on Windows7 Pro, 32 bit.

I have just found out that The English (UK) User Manual does "install" to the Help folder but GIMP does not appear to recognise it.
