GIMP 2.10.18
Tool Option broke away from dock.
How do I redock it?

Click-n-Drag the Tool Options Tab back under the Tools section

Or if really stuck.

Edit -> Preferences -> Window Management then Reset Saved Window Positions to Default Values

Ok the Preference dialogue, and restart Gimp Then do yourself a favour and lock the tool options tab.
